Caribbean Sailing Tour - Part 1 of 4 - Bahamas, St Kitt's, Nevis, Dolphins and more!
Join us for a sailing odyssey around the islands of the Eastern Caribbean! Originally produced in 2009, we have re-mastered this series in HD and with new music for your further enjoyment! Part 1 takes us from Pearson International Airport in Toronto over the Bahamas and to our sailboat 'Sophisticated Lady' in the Caribbean. From there we set sail on the open sea and take in the beautiful sights of Eustatia, St Kitts, Nevis, and more! Part 2 we enjoy some spectacular scenes on and around the French island of St Barth's including the famous Coral Beach!  Part 3 starts out with arriving at Guadeloupe under a beautiful rainbow, a night in Deshais harbor and then off to the Saintes. From there we sail with Dolphins on approach to the magnificent mountainous shores of Dominica, forever to be known as the Island of Discovery! Part 4 we sail past the live volcano of Montserrat, and timing couldn't have been better as it erupted right in front of us after having been dormant for several years!! Countdown to 2014 ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami | MOCR: " . . . less than a month away from the start of US Sailing’s premier racing event. Racing at the 2014 ISAF Sailing World Cup Miami will take place on January 27 through February 1 on Biscayne Bay. This world class regatta is the only North American regatta to be included in the International Sailing Federation’s (ISAF) 2013-14 Sailing World Cup series. The 25th anniversary of this world class international regatta will feature elite-level competition in the sailing events selected for the 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games, which will be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil from August 5-21 and September 7-18, respectively. The 10 Olympic classes are: Laser Radial (women), Laser (men), Finn (men), Men’s RS:X, Women’s RS:X, 49er (men), Men’s 470, Women’s 470, Nacra 17 (mixed) and 49er FX (women). Paralympic classes included are: 2.4mR (open, able and disabled), SKUD-18 (mixed crew, disabled) and Sonar (open, disabled) ..."
