Koç and Spencer see an opportunity to sell new megayachts from RMK Marine at their Miami facility. Three people and two pets rescued from sailboat in heavy seas: "Once on scene, the helicopter crew decided not to hoist directly to and from the sailboat as the weather had gotten worse with 45-knot winds and nine-foot seas. The helicopter crew lowered a rescue swimmer into the water, who swam to the sailboat and assisted each person into the water and then to the rescue basket.
