Vendee Globe LIVE Updates & Videos, Armel Le Cleac'h Record Finish

The eighth Vendée Globe began from Les Sables d'Olonne, France, on Sunday, 6th November 2016. The Vendée Globe race record was held by François Gabart, who finished after 78 days. The finish this year on January 19th sets a new Vendee Globe race record.

: In the Vendee Globe 2016-17 solo non-stop round-the-world sailing race, Armel Le Cleac'h on BANQUE POPULAIRE VIII finishes in first place, and Alex Thomson on HUGO BOSS in second place, at Les Sables d'Olonne, France. Arrival video below.
