Alinghi dominates in shifty Kiel winds | GC32: "Even Alinghi skipper Morgan Larson could barely comprehend his team’s level of dominance in today’s racing at the Bullitt GC32 Sailing Cup Kiel. Six wins from eight races was unthinkable in such tricky and variable conditions in the narrow confines of the Kieler Fjord. “It was one of those magical days where we did nearly everything right,” said Larson. “The conditions were hard on all the teams. Even when we weren’t doing so good, the guys kept on pushing for every boat length here and there on the race course. We probably had some extra luck with some of the bigger wind shifts, but we also put ourselves in some good spots, and the team’s boathandling was superb in the tight situations.”"

Day 3 Fleet Racing Highlights - RC44 Marstrand Cup 2015 - Published on Jul 31, 2015 - With one day of racing left at the RC44 Marstrand Cup on Sweden's west coast, the two Vladamirs are vying for the lead. This morning Vladimir Liubomirov's Bronenosec Sailing Team was ahead by a mere point, an opening race win for Vladimir Prosikhin caused his Team Nika to regain first place, holding on to it until disaster struck towards the end of the last race, resulting Liubomirov recovering first. Currently Bronenosec leads Team Nika by four points, but with three races scheduled tomorrow, any of the top six boats in theory still can win. Winner of today's second race was Nico Poons' Charisma while Chris Bake's Team Aqua, with Swede Richard Goransson helming this week, claimed race three which featured a finish line in the dramatic setting of Marstrand Fjord. Match Racing Highlights - RC44 Marstrand Cup - published on Jul 29, 2015: The opening day of the RC44 Marstrand Cup saw Bronenosec Sailing Team consolidate its lead at the top of the 2015 RC44 Match Racing championship.
Russian consistency pays off in Marstrand - RC Forty Four: "... After winning Tuesday's match racing, Bronenosec has only finished off the podium in one fleet race, which Italian tactician Michele Ivaldi puts down to a combination of going the right way, his skipper steering well and good boat speed, thanks to trimmers Paul Westlake and Maciel Cicchetti. "They did a fantastic job - we had clean starts, clean lanes upwind and the speed did most of it. We got a few good shifts and all the manoeuvres were done flawlessly from the crew."..."
