Extreme Sailing Series Video Highlights, Act 7 from Nice, France

Extreme Sailing Series, Act 7 Nice presented by Land Rover highlights -  For four days, Nice, France provided the backdrop for Act 7 of the Extreme Sailing Series presented by Land Rover. Eight teams raced on the world famous Promenade des Anglais and the breeze was here to greet them. The thousands who turned up to watch got a show they wont forget, with full on action - which at times was right on the edge. The public were rewarded with the local boat the first club ALL4ONE impressing on the racetrack, and even super stars of French international rugby came to see what is was all about. The podium finishes couldn't have been harder to call and it came down to a four way fight - right to the final race. Watch the highlights from the penultimate Act of the year.

The Wave, Muscat sail a faultless regatta in Nice to claim victory at penultimate Act » Extreme Sailing Series: "After sailing a near faultless regatta, The Wave, Muscat were crowned champions of the Extreme Sailing Series™ Act 7 Nice, presented by Land Rover. The team, representing the Sultanate of Oman, has led the Act since the first race and haven’t looked back since. . . . Alinghi hold off the onslaught from Red Bull Sailing Team to secure second place while the Austria clinch their first podium position since Act 2 Singapore. Four days of racing left this year with mathematically five teams capable of a podium position as the fleet head to South America." Next stop: Act 8 - Florianópolis, Brazil, 14th - 17th November
