America's Cup Artemis team looks to bounce back after deadly crash on San Francisco Bay | abc7news.com: "The America's Cup racing team that lost a sailor in a deadly crash on San Francisco Bay is trying to get back on track. Still, there are concerns that modern yacht racing is too fast and too dangerous. The Artemis boat is back in the water but its chief executive officer won't talk about the accident that caused the team's 72-foot yacht to break in two last May. . . ."

But Tom Ehman, the vice commodore of the Golden Gate Yacht Club that is home to Oracle Racing USA and sponsoring the international regatta, had no trouble standing up against Dalton's "diatribe." On his Facebook page, Ehman posted a copy of the proper protocol of the America's Cup that forbids "public statements that unreasonably attack or disparage" the regatta or another competitor."
