Vendée Globe 2012-2013 - Day 36: December 15th - Rough conditions in the Southern seas for the fleet. François Gabart onboard Macif and Armel Le Cleac'h have passed Cape leeuwin. Jean Pierre Dick onboard Virbac Paprec has lost more than one day in light winds while Arbaud Boissière on Akena Veranda is sailing in a storm with winds exceeding 60 knots. The Vendée Globe 2012 is a singlehanded race around the world without assistance.The skippers round the Cape of Good Hope, Cape Leeuwin and Cape Horn. The start was in the Sables d'Olonne, November 10th 2012.
